Day 11 Yoga X …. DIdnt make it again…ugh!!!

I have no idea why i cant get through yoga, everytime i try it i get fraustrated ,.. I tried for about 20 min from the 43min mark where the Poses start and I just couldnt do it… I dont think i have enoughs strength or balance to do it . I thought hubby was going to be able to do it but he couldnt do it either. We was all over the place we couldnt even keep one pose .. it really sucked. We decided to do CArdioX instead and we’ll stick with that until the last 30 day and try yoga again .. Do anyone else have problems with yoga? I really need some tips

Tomorrow is Leg and back which i really like.

    Stick with it, it’ll come to you. I struggled with the first round of Yoga and hated it, I even contemplated skipping it during Week 2 and doing the Stretching instead. I did it, though, and moved through a lot better. The first time around I was watching the clock, the second the time flew by.

    Do what you can do, modify moves if needed. If you can’t do it, just skip it – but try to get through the whole thing.

      I’m not going to lie i dont want to do it at all but i so know i need to stick with it .. i truely have no balance but im going to try every week and hope i improve .. thanks for the encouragement i so need it
